Service Description
You can book this option to work with the Journei coaches to help you clarify a specific goal that you would love to achieve. Help you identify barriers and and define some specific steps to kick start your journey. You can also book this session if you would like a top-up to the Dive Deep or Dive Deeper options at any time. - Clarify a specific goal - Use psychometric and personality tests* to understand who you are in more detail. - Identify barriers / boundaries - Understand strengths - Agree on specific steps to overcome boundaries - Get closer to your goals *Some psychometric and personality tests are free whilst others have a fee. This will be agreed during the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
All contracts are binding. We do not offer refunds on coaching services. We are passionate about coaching you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you to be fully invested in your coaching journey. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide that we are the right coach for you BEFORE purchasing the programme and committing to work with us. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as we will be for you. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours’ notice before your session and making up the session within a week of the original date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member but we would talk to them first to make sure the session matches their needs. If you are late for an appointment, we may still need to finish at the agreed time in respect of the clients booked in after you. However, if you are not available within 15 minutes of our agreed start time, we will presume you have cancelled.
