Coaching Session One

Service Description

Our Journei coaches are happy to start working with you today. Each session will help you develop healthy and practical techniques that will serve you well during this uncertain season and beyond. We seek to tailor each session to your needs. Therefore for your first session, you will receive a questionnaire in your email after you have completed the payment process. Please complete this questionnaire in detail and submit it at least two days before your initial coaching session. The questionnaire will allow your coach to prepare for the session and maximise the value they share with you during the session. We are currently using Zoom for online coaching sessions. 1hour - limited time offer of £25 (Normally £50)

Cancellation Policy

All contracts are binding. We do not offer refunds on coaching services. We are passionate about coaching you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you to be fully invested in your coaching journey. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide that we are the right coach for you BEFORE purchasing the programme and committing to work with us. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as we will be for you. Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours’ notice before your session and making up the session within a week of the original date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member but we would talk to them first to make sure the session matches their needs. If you are late for an appointment, we may still need to finish at the agreed time in respect of the clients booked in after you. However, if you are not available within 15 minutes of our agreed start time, we will presume you have cancelled.
